Nai gets written over four or five sessions in the coffee/chocolate shop so disruption can be an issue. :)

Blacks are a standard form of dress across the age groups, rather like the Vietnamese ao ba ba in all dark cloth that I saw in the media as a child with the difference that the upper garment is a jacket worn over a shirt. It became the standard dress during the Occupation when the occupiers outlawed most forms of native dress in an effort to move Tang-jians into a Northern form of culture and civilization - specifically they were enforcing a change from a multiplicity of colourful robes to a standardised suit of clothes 'suitable' for a subordinate working class. You may remember that I have made a point about the indiviual dress and presentation of law firm staff that Nai has met in Xiamtian - there is a reason for that.
