I've been conflating this world and Nai's world a little, because I find myself thinking phrases like 'science and engineering studies' and 'technical traineeship' in relation to this escapee. :P

To be fair, they do take girls who fit all the D categories, even those not listed in the school's name....

Oh? Any other particular D categories you have in mind?

Grandfather Rhenair disapproves of how his older son's wife treats his grandchildren, and has enough influence to send his grandson to boarding school to get him away from his mother, but not enough to get her out of his son's life. Interesting. And his wife may be a similar sort of problem.

How old is Ghunlaida? I'd guess a midrange teenager, but could imagine anything from eight to eighteen (or whatever the local age of majority is).

I am woefully behind on Anadrasata's story and must catch up. :}
